Delivery
Delivery time of standard orders usually does not exceed 10 business days after the payment has been credited to our account . Toughened glass orders need 3-6 weeks in order to be processed. Fulfillment of non-standard / individual orders or high-volume orders may take us longer to fulfill and it is set with the Customer before order confirmation.
All products purchased via decoplanet.ie are delivered by DHL, UPS, DPD or K-EX courier within 2-5 business days after the order is dispatched. We make every effort to deliver the parcels on time. We cannot, however, take responsibility for delays which occur for reasons beyond our control.
