At Decoplanet, we offer a 30-day Refund and Returns Policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We understand that sometimes, an item may not be exactly what you expected it to be. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange. Please note that certain conditions and exceptions apply.

Exceptions

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for certain categories of items, unless they are defective or damaged at the time of receipt. These categories include books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened, and any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. We understand that this may not be the ideal situation, but we believe it’s important to ensure that the person who paid for the gift is aware of the return.

Shipping Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
